One of Unilever’s Co-Chairmen to Retire

Anglo-Dutch food and household goods maker Unilever announced co-chairman Niall FitzGerald will retire on Oct. 1. He has held the post for more than seven years and will be replaced by foods director Patrick Cescau.Mr. FitzGerald joined Unilever in 1967 and became financial director in 1987.
